About The Show Founder
Waid Scarbrough is a relationship counselor, leadership coach, public speaker and mediator who values people winning in various areas in life whether spiritually, personally, or in business. As a respected ordained pastor, Waid brings a rare voice of reasoning or problem solving, to any situation no matter how difficult the challenge the individual or group may be experiencing. Using real-world life and universal principles, Waid sheds light on how sitting down reasoning together, can impact people to have win/win relationships.
Waid learned the value of relationships at an early age growing up in South Central Los Angeles, CA as the oldest of two children, not knowing his biological father, with mother, sister, and step-father. Waid’s commitment, consistent work, and determination to avoid a life of surface relationships and mediocre connections with people inspired him to earn a Bachelors of Arts in Psychology which led to an accomplished career as a relationship counselor and leadership coach. Waid’s career has been a model of service recognized with officiating weddings and various counseling engagements.
Earning various well deserved recognition for being the voice of reason in difficult
situations, has proved this attitude committed to excellence and transformation.
Waid knows that excellence is a journey, not simply a destination. This perspective inspired
him to teach, develop, inspire, and mentor many individuals, couples, and groups for a
successful future whether it be personal, business or spiritual. He brings unmatched,
non-judgemental, dedication to his work with all cultures as they strive to excel in their
lives and achieve greater success.
